This is the first finished digitally colored print for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2019 – Baby Groot! It’s also the last print in my old style without a background. I’ve decided to tell more of a story or at least place the main character in some type of narrative from now on so I’m making backgrounds. I really enjoyed doing the straight, pin-up art but it’s time to add more details!
This print as well as two others are the new characters that I’m going to debut for 2019. Next is Armored Batman and Suicide Squad Harley. Both are flatted, I just have to add the details. Stay tuned!
